 Jim Bown
 Jim was a NASCAR driver for several year before moving into
 Real Estate. Jim and wife Courtney started their Real Estate
 career by flipping properties. Courtney and Jim studied
 Real Estate together and after a couple of years as agents 
 rehabbing homes the family started their own Real Estate Firm

                                                                                  Courtney is a High Point University 
                                                                                  graduate. While taking on Real Estate,
                                                                                  Courtney continues to do title work as  
                                                                                  an abstractor for a Law Firm in
                                                                                  Kernersville, NC
                                                                                      

Sara Bown
Sara currently attends Uwharrie Charter 
Middle School in Asheboro, NC.
Sara has been a part of Bown Properties
sense it's inception.
